Whether you're a new or returning patient, Spruce Health allows you to:

• Submit your new patient intake information
   
• Share your insurance and ID securely
   
• Communicate directly with your provider
   
• Receive appointment reminders and updates
   
• Upload relevant documents
   

To get started, simply:

1. Click the Spruce Health link below.
    
2. Follow the instructions to download the app.
    
3. Complete your profile and submit the required information.
    
4. Our team will review your submission and follow up to help you schedule an appointment.

Scheduling your mental health visit is simple and secure. Whether you're a new patient or returning for follow-up care, our online booking system makes it easy to reserve a time that works for you.

We offer appointments for:

• Initial Psychiatric Evaluations (typically 60 minutes)
   
• Follow-Up Medication Management (typically 30 minutes)
   
• Telehealth Visits (available to patients in Texas, Minnesota, and California)
   
• In-Office Visits (by appointment only at our Dallas, TX location)
   

Through our booking portal, you can:

• Choose your appointment type
   
• Select your preferred date and time
   
• Receive confirmation and reminders
   
• Reschedule or cancel (with at least 24 hours’ notice)

Our HIPAA-compliant Patient Portal provides you with a secure and convenient way to take charge of your mental health care—all in one place.

Through the portal, you can:

• Schedule or reschedule appointments at your convenience
   
• Complete intake forms and upload necessary documentation (e.g., photo ID, insurance card)
   
• View upcoming appointments and receive automated reminders
   
• Request prescription refills and review medication history
   
• Send and receive secure messages with your provider
   
• Upload or access clinical records and treatment plans
